Have you read Charles Leadbeather's We Think - the power of mass collaboration (see tube vid here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiP79vYsfbo ) ? I love this concept and Twitter, Blogs, Wallwisher, Drupal etc can all provide the perfect opportunity to do that well. The problem with Twitter is that it does not provide depth in the same way as a standard writing format will. This is not to say it couldn't be powerful of course : ) ; Twitter is ideal for generating, mapping and sharing ideas. I think we need to take the hastag to the next level and write collaboratively on a dedicated blog or other tools so that thoughts can flow freely without any constraints. Isn't this what creativity is all about?

Great idea! A few people have been suggesting one for leaders - perhaps #newleaders? :-)
